Question about changing names

Hi!

I'm customising my game a little big, changing the names of the teams using the Customize option during the game. And I would like to ask if there is a way to remove the characters limit, so I can add longer names than the game allows. Is there a way to do it?

Well you could put in longer names in the Starfire Editor, but there's no point because the character limit is there for a very good reason. If you use names longer than 18 characters, the game engine flips out and you start to run into serious problems like the "0 lap bug".

Also, using long team names breaks the UI in timing screens and most result screens.
