Link: Coming soon (if anyone here still plays this game) for sure! its still something i do every week for a few hours. and last sunday i thought to myself: "Is meanie doing it already? the 2022 season?"
Good to hear. its still early in the season and it feels like i play the actual season, and not a past one where i know what happens!

Of course some of us are still playing the game, the community has been kind of empty for the past month so i strongly believe that this will make the forums come back to life again, and i am super excited to play the 2022 season, and i hope that there wont be any problems for you whilst making it.  |

Can't wait! Have been using your 1998 remaster in a YouTube series and can't wait to cover this when it releases! Hola! Work on the mod is underway, screenshots of mod will be posted here periodically. By the way, most of the mod is ready, it remains to finish some small things. Does anyone know what the driver abilities 'skill' and 'experience' do? Can't find it in the manual or anywhere else. Also huge thanks for this mod, it runs great with DxWnd! |

Thanks tried it and it appears to work for 90% the bits I noticed that are broken is mostly to do with sponsors. |

For some reason my game is messed up with this mod... I am fairly new to the game but some aspects of the mod for me are weird such as:
- Driver names sounds are not correctly joined up with respective driver, e.g. Vettel has a Hulkenburg sound name.
- Driver nationalities are not correct, e.g. Hamilton is Canadian, Russell is German etc.
- Engine suppliers for teams aren't accurate, e.g. Mercedes have a Honda engine.
- Some more aspects that I may not have found yet.
In most game editors for GPW it shows that the mod is fine, and everything is correct, however in game it is broken.
I love the way you keep an old game like this alive, I'm just wondering if the mod isn't properly fixed yet or if it is an issue with my game. Thanks in advance.

If driver nationalities etc are not correct, these are the original stats for the 98 season. have you used an editor or something after downloading the mod and saved something? sounds like youre overwriting the mod datas back with original ones

I only used an editor to view if everything is correct after I saw the errors. I didn't overwrite any data files. I'll try importing the mod again and I'll see if it fixes anything and I'll let you know if it has the same problems.

Just extract the downdloaded mod to its own folder and then run the gpw.exe inside.
