When you play it looks like this how to make flis animations? I would like to make them by the 1995 season The full version of GPM2 features tv animations during the race which shows the scenes such as the winner' finish, pitstops, stop&go, retiring, overtaking. Animation files contain in a folder named FLIS. We will make our animation with Autodesk Animator Studio 1.1. Because this program was released in 1995, we need Windows 3.11. Instruction for installation WIN3.11 through DOSBOX may be found here. Or you can use a complete build that I searched on the internet. 1. For example, you want to make a pitstop animation. Find a required video and cut the scene with any video editor. 2. Convert the scene in GIF with 320X200 resolution and 15 FPS. 3. Open Easy GIF Animator. Click Open, select your GIF file. Tab Frames->Select All Frames->Export Selected. Select Disk C of your Win3.11 and create a special folder for animations. Save. 4. Run Win3.11. Go to Animator Studio. File->open the first image of your scene. Other images load automatically in order. 'Key color' is as on the screen.Usually, I speed up the animation with utility Stretch Time where set a number of frames as in the original files. File->Save As->Animator FLIC (.fli) Map to a file's Palette->Choose File-> File. This file also must be on Disk C of your Win3.11. Copy saved file into your GPM2 directory in FLIS folder. Well done.
