Changing Length of Sponsor/Supplier Deals in a Save

I have been looking for info on changing the sponsor/supplier contract length and as far as I know, these are the only options available:

-Using GPWEdit 1.1 (Which isn't able to import files for me and many others)

-Using GPW Editor 3.2 (Which has the works deal progress bar glitched and apparently, it can only be fixed by changing the .bmp files for other .bmp files that I do not know anything about. +Williams for some reason doesn't work at all)

-Using GPWEdit 1.0? (Apparently all links that allowed you to download it don't work anymore. People said it had some limitations in comparison to 1.1, but I don't know if changing sponsor contract lengths was one of them)

If anyone can provide solutions (advice, links, files, etc.) to any of these it would be greatly appreciated

There was a version of "GPW Patch" in 2001, that you can patch a save with a xls/cst file and you would load an xls file in a spreedsheet or database editor.  Then edit the contract length in one of the boxes.  The version I have doesn't edit any contract lengths.

You have to use save edit 1.0 in this thread, to change sponsors and even drivers after each new season start.  Any changes happen after the next race weekend starts, not when you load the edited save.  The directory to the save and english.txt in the registry will be different on your computer.
