Car gets heavier and slower every season

Hello! I've been playing GPM2 for a bit now and I'm using the 1991 mod, playing as Larrousse and I'm in the 1994 season right now, I got some of the best staffs in the game and great funds as well, but the car gets heavier and slower every season and I can't for the life of me figure out why, if anyone could explain to me what I'm doing wrong, I'd love to hear it!
