Installation won´t work :/

Hi everyone, i found this forum via this yt vid 
i grew up playing this game in my childhood and since then no f1 manager could challenge this one in my opinion... 
i would love to play this game again on my win10 and followd the steps in the shared vid, but when i press install on the launcher nothing happens -.-

i hope someone can help me fix this issue

You dont need to install the game anymore. just download one of the remastered versions here in the board
