I'm currently playing as Williams and my rear wing fails every race on both cars. How can I stop it happening?

Put top speed and acceleration to step two in the driver orders. Its because of the low rigedity of the Mecachrome/Supertec engines.

I would suggest running multiple races at Melbourne with the Williams and test out how much each car can handle. jp is correct that it is to do with top speed and acceleration.
From what I remember, I could get away with maybe four bars of top speed and 1 bar of acceleration for an entire race, when the engine had a rigidity rating of 4.
Any more than 1&4, or 4&1, or 2&2, or 2&3 etc. then your rear wing will eventually fall off before the race ends.
It's a great feature of the game and it's very poorly explained. It's by far the most common GPW question in history!
