I've enjoyed GPW for the past couple of years, but I never understand the meaning of the different chassis ranges are on the FIA's specification page for the next year. Sometimes there is no change, sometimes high range, low range, or high/low range. I do not have the manual, but I hope that someone here knows what each range is telling me.
Thanks!

I think that boosts the performance of the chassis that by default design would have ended at certain Handling% ranges. I think, and I'm probably wrong because not even the manual says what each range is, that High range is >80, Low range is <40. That's a guess based on hunches, do not take it as fact.

Yeah that's my understanding as well because there are no other aerodynamic performance parameters other than the handling design efficiency.
I guess this was how GPW tried to "randomise" the performance of cars from season to season, by adding boosts to low / mid / high range chassis when each new season starts (i.e. manipulating the field on behalf of the FIA).
Perhaps one day I can crack open the game code and see what the mathematics are behind the scenes.
